Meet Jeff!!
Jeff is amazing! This beautiful, blue-eyed boy is so, so friendly and outgoing. He literally loves anything and anyone he meets, humans, other cats, dogs!! He is playful and affectionate and enjoys being held, rewarding you with his wonderful purr.
