Red is a spunky 3yr old 12 lb dog who might be part pug based on his cute face wrinkles and his curled tail. He is house trained and will go into his crate on his own (but treats work well too). He fusses a bit at first but will sleep in there overnight. When his fosters leave the house, he will bark in his crate for a while. He also barks when he is startled. He is good with most other dogs (not super keen about our young dog getting in his face--but no one else is either). He will also growl at other dogs (even those he gets along with) to resource guard his foster. He loves his foster family and follows them around the house and also loves to burrow under blankets. He is not reliable with cats but is getting better about leaving them alone. He'll need more work on this. He is good with small caged mammals and goats and ducks through a fence. He loves to run around the yard (he's very fast) and will chase a ball --does not bring it back. Red also enjoys walks and sniffing all of the good smells along the way!
