Meet Julian! Julian is a tiny, 6 lb., happy, friendly 2.5 yr old boy, who just wants a lap to call his own! He does not know how to walk on a leash, so will need help learning how that works! Since he currently becomes frantic on a leash, for his safety Julian will need a home with a fenced yard. He also is probably not well suited for a home with cats, as he is relentless and will chase! This little boy has lots of personality and will make a wonderful addition to most any family!
