Meet Gold! This little 7 mo. old, 35 lb. girl came to us very scared and has continued to come out of her shell each day and show us what a wonderful companion she will be. Gold is learning to trust people and will do very well with another dog in the home. She absolutely loves chasing her foster's dog and will roll around with him until they are both exhausted. She will go into her crate when they leave the house and also sleeps in her crate at night (crate is in their room so she knows they’re nearby). She will check in on her people to see what they are doing and will come around for constant pets on her own terms. Gold is almost housebroken and just needs reminders when it’s time to go outside. She loves being outside and it can take some coaxing to get her back in. This sweet girl will need a fenced yard and a patient family who understands that she will need a little bit of time to settle in. She does well with her foster's 3 year old human.
