Meet Honey! This little 14 mo. old, 40 lb. girl came to us very scared and has continued to come out of her shell each day and show us what a wonderful companion she will be. Honey is learning to trust people, but loves other dogs, so another dog is a must have for Honey, so that she can gain confidence and learn to trust humans. She absolutely loves chasing her foster's dog and will roll around with him until they are both exhausted. She will go into her crate when they leave the house and also sleeps in her crate at night (crate is in their room so she knows they’re nearby). She will check in on her people to see what they are doing and will come around for constant pets on her own terms. Honey loves being outside and it can take some coaxing to get her back in. This sweet girl will need a fenced yard and a PATIENT family who understands that she will need time to settle in. She does well with her foster's 3 year old human.
