Meet Delilah!
Delilah is a sweet-as-can-be, 7-year-old Chihuahua mix looking for her forever family. She’s a little snuggle bug who adores people of all ages, including young children, and is perfectly content hanging out on the couch or curling up in her dog bed. Despite her small size, she’s got a big heart for adventure and loves exploring the yard and taking leisurely strolls on a leash.
House-trained, crate-trained, and a well-behaved guest in any home, Delilah has no interest in chewing on anything that isn’t hers. She’s even a great little sleeper—no crate required! Her calm and gentle nature tells us she was loved in her previous home, making it a true mystery how she ended up at the shelter.
Delilah has been fully vetted, with a clean bill of health apart from a grade 4 heart murmur, which doesn’t currently require medication. She’s a low-maintenance, loyal companion just waiting to bring warmth and joy to her new family. She weighs about 16 pounds, but should probably be less.
