Ada aka Peanut is a gentle little bundle of joy. She weighs 21 lbs. at 9 mo. old. Although she can be fearful and cautious of new situations, she warms up nicely with a kind touch and patience. She is affectionate, attentive, responsive, and downright loving. She enjoys the safety of her crate and sleeps there all night and even takes herself to the crate when she needs a nap, or will cuddle up beside you on the couch. She is housetrained with regular trips outside, comes when called, and is learning basic commands. Peanut is spunky, bright-eyed and smart; has high energy and likes to run, so she will need a fenced yard to run around in. She needs practice on leash, likes toys that do not squeak and is happy to entertain herself with a Nylabone. She is a bit too interested in the resident cat and wants to chase, so a home without cats is probably best. She does not like sudden movements or loud noises and was initially skittish with the large resident dog, but now they're buds. She may enjoy another smaller dog friend that is calm, or even being the only pup. She feels most comfortable in a quiet, peaceful environment, and doesn’t bark much. She prefers adults but may be OK with older, predictable, respectful children with socialization. This little doll is just about as cute and sweet as they come.
